Watching the Evermore DVD makes me nostalgic. The familiarity of the sight and sound of the Planetshakers Conference 2005 that ran from the 19th till 22nd January were firmly cemented in my mind. In fact, as I'm writing this, the open-up poster/registration form of the conference is still stuck on my wall while the Always and Forever poster is right behind me.

The awe of God in the State Netball and Hockey Center was mind-blowing. But more than that, the awe of encountering God with someone whom I care for deeply and love is beyond words. How I remember jumping to 'Not Ashamed' and how I remember lifting my hands and sing 'Don't Pass Me By'; these memories run so deep, they evoke emotions so deep of a God-moment then.

That was about 7 months ago, but whenever I see that DVD playing in church, it never fails to remind me of those times when the one girl that I love was there with me in the midst of tens of thousands worshipping God together. But right now, even when we're together, the idea of a couple seeking God together, praying and worshipping God together is something that is very precious to my heart. There is something about two people in love and in a God-relationship that amazes me when they begin to pour out their love for God and praise the Beautiful One.

I remember that weekend when she was here, on the 11th and 12th of June when we were at the Arrow building, being there with her beside me, jumping, lifting our hands and lifting a shout unto God, that was a beautiful moment where we proclaimed God greatness and goodness for the love that He has for us, but also praising Him for the love and life that we share with each other. How worthy are O Lord, of all of our praises and worship for the giver of life and love and for being the God that we glorify through our relationship.

Yet, I know there'll be one day when we'll stand before God and we'll worship together. Where we will shout unto God for all that He is and for all that He is going to do in our lives. How we'll be more and more passionate for God, worshipping and serving Him in His house.

Iron sharpens iron.

I can't stop thanking God for such an awesome woman of God that I call my girlfriend. One thing I would do is to pray that God will make me into the perfect man of God that I can be for her. That our romantic relationship will be as a sweet fragance to our Lord and to the people around us. That we would increase in our love for our beloved Lord and for each other.

We love You, Lord
And we lift our voice
To worship You, O our soul rejoice
Take joy our King
In what You hear
Let us be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear.

Lord, never let us lose that awe of You and Your works. Never let us be familiar with the things of God. Never! Help us to have that child-likeness in us that always wanna run to You and at the very sight of Your face and the sound of Your voice we'll shout "Dad!!! We love You!" and we will run into Your arms and feel the warmth of Your embrace.

Let us be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear.

I know that as God is looking at us, He is smiling at us. How God took us on a journey of discovering our love for each other. How we said that we will honour God and put our faith in Him that He will bring all these into pass. How beautiful is our God that He has brought us together, as a couple that is so in love with Him and that is so in love with each other.

I love you, S k y e T a n!

I'm eternally blessed to be your boyfriend and your man :) How I am enormously proud of you! I pray that God will enlarge my capacity to love you and to care for you everyday. Because you deserve only the best!

You're the best, dear! :)
