It's been a full 4 and a half months since we've seen each other. The seasons have changed, various events have taken place in our lives and the journey God has set our feet on continues.

The rocky paths, the green pastures, the gravel and the tar. What a year it has been. It will be another month before 2005 officially comes to an end, but even when I think about how far we've come makes me speechless when I try to find the best words to thank You. How could I have made it without You?

You're right. We want to make this last part of the waiting a sprint. I want to pick up the pace, to press in even more for you, for me, and for us. I want to clear out anything that will slow us down but to hold on to God and to you even tighter than before. Holding on, to our one day. To the one day when God calls us to that place, to the Promised Land He has set before us. To the future and destiny that only God could have prepared for us. The one that is beyond our imagination.

49 more days before we meet again.

Lord, help us run the race You've given us well. Fill us with Your power as You speak to us about the dreams You have for us. Again, we want to thank You for how You've brought us thus far. How could we have done it without You. Thank You, Dad.

I love the count up in days of how long we've been together, as much as the countdown to the day when I will see you on Christmas Eve '05. It has been a beautiful year, but it will only get better and better and better.

God is good :)
